Motivation to serve on the Board of Directors -

My objectives as Vice President and Board member of the GVR PB Club: 
 

A.    To design and implement programs as approved by the BOD.

B.    To improve communication to members regarding club benefits and club operations.

C.    To ensure clear, direct communication with GVR.

D.    To ensure adequate internal controls to prevent opportunities for misapplication of funds.

E.    To ensure that club policies are up to date.

Highlights of my 30-year professional career include:

• Colorado Certified Public Accountant 

• ATT - Regulatory Financial Analyst, Financial Lobbyist representing ATT interests to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Consumer Products Pricing Director

• University of Denver - Adjunct Faculty, Masters Program - Telecommunications Policy Instructor. 

• The Academy High School, Westminster, CO - Economics, Personal Finance, Civics, History Teacher

• Colorado Council for Economic Education - Instructor

Rate skill and experience with computer systems to work with member databases, scheduling, communications and websites (1 - low to 5 - high)  - 

Skill level 5

The professional experiences listed above have required progressive knowledge of changing software: WORD, EXCEL, PPT, Google Docs. As an incumbent GVR PB Club Board Member I have worked with both the Club Website and the Pickleball Plus application to manage court schedules, member databases and member communications.
